critique my wednsday routine

    not posting the reps and sets yet, not too sure on those, but im trying to concentrate on my upper arms for wedsday


    barbell curl
    reverse grip skullcrushers
    concentration curl
    standing overhead press
    and close crip bench press

    any additions / changes?

    i thought that too, im gonna switch out the dumbell curl and add something else that has to do with triceps in

    reverse grip skullcrushers work better than anything for me for triceps

    just be careful not to drop the bar on your face...

    just do this bro in this order

    Standing overhead press (im assuming this is your shoulder work)
    close grip bench
    french press
    barbell curls not much point in the other bicep movements you cant really hit the "lower" portion of the biceps or anything like that.
