critique my routine

    i'm trying to shed some bodyfat before i start up my next bulk. this is what my routine looks like right now, tips, advice, etc.?
    * i have not been DLing because i seem to always fuck up my left rhomboid. I try to keep perfect form but when going heavy it's tough, so i just said fuck them.

    legs:
    4-5 sets of front squats at 3-6 reps
    3-4 sets of SLDL's at ~6-8 reps
    2 sets of leg extensions at 8-12 reps

    chest:
    4-5 sets of flat BB bench at 3-6 reps
    2 sets of db incline at 4-6 reps
    2 sets of cable crossovers

    back:
    4-5 sets of bent over BB row ~5 reps
    2 sets of lat pull down ~8 reps
    2 sets of lat queeze ~8-12 reps

    shoulders/tri's:
    4 sets of CG bench at 3-5 reps
    4 sets of standing BB shoulder press at 3-7 reps
    2 sets of tricep pushdowns at 8-12 reps
    various raises usually high rep (12-15)

    What's a lat queeze? I would throw in some complexes at the end of your workouts to bump up EPOC. See this article for more info on them.

    you take a lat pulldown bar and put it on a regular cable machine. hold arms straight out and pull bar down to crotch and repeat. maybe i have the name wrong. thanks
