I think 5-6 exercises a day should be more than sufficient :hs:

even 4 is good. if you work your ass off, you dont need to do many exercises.

    My 5 day split is

    Chest/ Bi's (barbell)
    Legs(quads, glutes, calves)
    Back/Hammies
    Chest/Bi's(dumbell)
    Shoulders/Tri's

I have a lot of leg, so I limit my legs to one day a week....you may want to change it up and limit another exercise to get them in twice a week as this is the norm for most. Or you could always go to a 6 day split.

i would lower everything thats 10 to at least 8. for my supplemental exercises, i do maybe one set for 8, 2 sets for 6, 1 heavy set for 4-5.
