Critique my routine

    Aim: To Improve my big 3, while maintaining a good hypertrophy and to improve my explosiveness for sprinting.

    Note: My body responds well to super heavy weights, hence the low reps.

    Monday - Chest/Tri's
    BB Bench 5x5
    DB Incline 3x8
    Flys 3x12
    Weighted Dips 3x8
    Tricep Pulldowns - Workup


    Tuesday - Legs/Calves
    Squats 5x5
    Leg Press 5x5
    Calf raise 3x20
    Power/Snatch 8x2/8x1
    Plyometrics


    Thursday - Shoulders/Abs/Forearms
    Military Press 5x5
    T bar rows 3x8
    Rear/Side laterals 3x12
    Ab work -
    Forearm work -


    Friday - Chest/Tri's
    BB Bench 5x5
    DB Incline 3x8
    Flys 3x12
    Weighted Dips 3x8
    Tricep Pulldowns Workup


    Saturday - Back/Bi's
    DeadLift 5x5
    Pull ups 3x8-12
    Bent Rows 5x5
    Clean/Snatch 8x2/8x1
    3 x bicep workout (haven't decided yet)

    Is there a reason you work chest/tris twice as often as everything else?

    Chest is my weakness. But Im thinking of changing the order and have friday as a rotational between Bench,Squat and Deadlift weekly. And putting Shoulders to Sat. Dunno?
