critique my routine

    Day 1: Bi's
    Hammer curls - 5 sets
    BB curl - 5 sets
    DB curl - 5 sets
    preacher curl - 5 sets
    db preacher curl - 5 sets
    reverse curl - 5 sets
    machine curls - 5 sets

    day 2: CHEST
    BB bench press - 8 sets
    BB curls
    DB bench press
    chest flies
    DB flies

    day 3: Abs
    1,000 crunches
    1,000 sidebends
    cardio

    day 4: Bi's
    same routine as day 1

    day 5: CHEST
    same routine as day 2



    do you guys think i will look anything like brad pitt in fight club if i keep this routine up?

    yeah you sould look like him really soon. I would add about 5 sets of 15 of cable flys too on your chest day.
