    I am into this about 1 month now, really like it. It is adapted from what I have picked up around the board using the stickies

    criticism is accepted, tell me what i am doing wrong, i appreciate it, or what i can do better

    why do u go home and do excercises? why not do it at the gym?

    When I am at the gym, I do it all.

    Some days it is closed, so I do what I can at home, or sometimes i do nothing and skip the day completly

    No concrete goals, stick with this over the summer, see what I can do

    i am pushing myself , but not outright killing myself every day

    i am 6' 3"

    ~180 pounds

    long term goal of gaining a bit to 200 pounds? is that aiming to high?
