Right now I'm 6' 180lbs...i would guess around 12-14% body fat. Just started the 2nd week of christophers routine, which I like very much. Guesstimating my maxes as follows- Max bench ~240 Max squat ~285 Max deadlift ~285 My back looks disproportionate because I had heart surgery as a baby, and they made the incision through my back. My left lat is all jacked up. I need to work on biceps and upper chest.
