Right now I'm 6' 180lbs...i would guess around 12-14% body fat. Just started the 2nd week of christophers routine, which I like very much.

    Guesstimating my maxes as follows-

    Max bench ~240
    Max squat ~285
    Max deadlift ~285

My back looks disproportionate because I had heart surgery as a baby, and they made the incision through my back. My left lat is all jacked up. I need to work on biceps and upper chest.

I agree...tonight was squats, deads, and bench. I'm loving squats more and more now.

w00t! thanks man I'm going to hit it hard this year. Started working out about 4 years ago starting at about 150lbs...bulked up to 200lbs last year, but deflated down to my current 180.

4 years? How did you bulk up to 200 and youre still like 16%bf at 180? Your numbers are good (bench is anyway, the other two are a bit low considering your bench), but you mustve not built up any muscle when you bulked.

I actually injured my knee after I started bulking, which caused me to skip working legs for a good 6-8 months. That took a toll on my overall physique, and I never really got back into working out after that. Only recently have I started hitting it hard again.

I'm happy with my strength so far, and I'm looking forward to tremendous gains this coming year. When I first started out, I couldn't even bench 95lbs.

It hasn't been a full 4 years of heavy, dedicated training. Lost some motivation here and there, screwed up my knee, and got lazy during some of that time. Great to see other people benching 245 @ 160lbs after one year of lifting. That's awesome. People are all different.

true, and they look the same year after year too, but yet they just keep doing what they're doing without any interest in learning how to do things better. i don't get it
