critique my nutrition/supplementation

    Breakfast:
    Egg Whites
    Oatmeal
    OJ
    Water
    Multivitamin
    Chromium

    Snack:
    Whey
    Fruit
    Water

    Lunch:
    Chicken Breasts
    Water
    Brown Rice
    Cottage cheese
    Vitamin C

    Snack:
    Water
    Protein Shake
    Sandwich/Bagel
    Yogurt

    Pre-workout
    Water
    Whey/green bulge

    Dinner:
    Water
    Chicken Breasts
    Baked Potato
    Green Vegetable
    Vitamin C

    Bedtime:
    Whey
    Cottage Cheese
    EFAs

    what i was thinking was:
    *white blood with green bulge
    *some type of creatine post workout with loading stage
    *arginine?
    *ginko biloba?

    please recommend changes and products (cheaper the better)

    Less supplements more carbs

    The majority of your daily calories seem to be coming from protein, they should be coming from carbs. I don't know how many grams of protein you're getting but you likely don't need that many. If you were to up the carbs, your body would likely recover from workouts better and you wouldn't need as many supplements.

    Your multivitamin will take care of your vit C needs, and you don't need nearly that many protein shakes I'm sure.

    it looks fine, and no most multivits will not cover vit C dosage. Get about 2-3g a day

    there's really no limit, too much vitamin C ain't gonna hurt you.

    edit: obviously insanely high dosages can be dangerous, but that's beyond the point. Even then I think high dosages of Vit C only makes you hypoglycemic

    For the average person, is there any real need to go into that high of vit C dosing though? Daily requirement (maybe double or triple if you're active) should be enough and unless every other part of your diet is spot on, would it really make a difference?

    my mom recently had a 10k gram IV drip of vit C and she was fine. as long as you have enough water to flush it all out your good.

    alright sounds good... ive done my research 3g of vitamin c is fine

    i will be upping the carbs.. and thats about it
