    Incline DB Press 80x8x3
    absx3 different workouts

    "Heavy back day"
    Tuesday:
Squats 145x8x3 for some reason squats hurt my back so i don't do much
    Shoulder shrugs 180x10x3
    Seated rows 112x8x3
    Behind head DB pulls 35x10x3
    Decline lowerback twists 35x25x3

    Wednesday - off

    Thursday:
Same as Monday but with less wieght

    Sat:
Same routine as Tuesday but less wieght

So far i am seeing really good results. I am looking a lot more filled out and getting great definition. My strenght is highly improving as well, but i would still like to know how my routine is. My dad seems to think its a bit overkill, yet i feel great after each workout.

Why are squats on your "heavy back day?" I would add deadlifts, pullups and bent-over rows to your heavy back day as well.

I just throw them in there to try and get better at them, because i'm currently really bad at them. I don't do legs much right now due to cross-country, i throw a few light workouts in there sometimes.

No.. because he does cross country he doesn't need to work them. I mean I don't know why you would want to work legs, all I do for legs is long bike rides.

i'm new to this myself but you're doing way too much. pick 4-5 exercises and lift heavier instead of doing 8 different things...you'll over work yourself.
