Well, on my lower days I'll do something heavy like GHR situps or spread eagle situps. Upper days, I've started doing bullshit like ab pulldowns and side bends, nothing too stressful but still working the gut.

On Friday, I did GHR situps adding a mini band each set. The last set was pure misery :(

    i'd go for this:

    monday: chest/bi's/abs
    tuesday: bi's/abs
    wed: rest
    thurs: chest/abs
    friday: chest/bis/tris
    sat: rest
    sunday: abs/bis/abs

may want to mix it up a bit. try bis/chest/abs on monday instead of chest/bis/abs
