So I made a new routine and here was my reasoning behind it. I wanted a routine where I only had a few exercises each day because I lose energy pretty quick at the gym and my later exercises tend to be less energetic.

Also I wanted a one muscle group per week routine (that helps keeping things brief) although it's kind of psuedo twice a week. One day the muscle gets worked isolated and one day it's included in a compound lift.

Anyways, this is what I came up with, anything conflictions? Exercises to close together or something? I hope I didn't miss any muscles :noes:

edit- the number in front is the number of sets. oh, and my only forearm work is w/ tyler grips, and shoulders looks a little lacking maybe :dunno:

friday and monday are pretty intense for me. However, I've read here that intensity is important and I tend to agree with that.

ya, i think pur's routine has a little more volume on some days. intensity is very important and i tend to lose it pretty quick as do most. I think anything over an hour is too much.
