So since I'm transferring to UCLA in Sept, my boxing coach felt it'd be best if we parted ways now so he can spend more time working with the younger fighters in his stable. Kinda sucks but the guy never charged me so I can't complain. When I get down to LA, I'll be training sub-wrestling and MMA so I plan on using this summer to get my body ready. The goal is to become stronger while maintaining the stamina base I've built up in boxing. Here's the schedule:

    M, W, F: Morning - 30 min. run on a hilly path. Evening - Bill Starr's 5x5 routine

Tues, Thurs: Morning interval runs. Evening rugby with the local club league

Sat: Morning 3 mile run. Evening boxing - skip rope, shadowbox, bag work

Sun: Light boxing - skip rope, shadowbox, double-end and speed bag only

How's it look? too much, too little? Supps are Scivation Xtend (love this shit btw, got me through many tough boxing workouts) and Omega Thunder (just ordered yesterday from 1fast).

I box at super middleweight (165) so I'd like to compete in MMA at around that weight. I lost a lot of muscle mass when I cut down to box at super-middle though, so I'm thinking that I might need to regain some since the MMA demand for muscle is greater than boxing's demand.
