Alright, so plans are changing and I prolly wont be able to train at Southside all summer. Kind of a bummer, but it won't fit my schedule at all and its 35-40 minutes each way from my house. My dad out of nowhere told me he was going to buy some all-in-one gym thing [read: bowflex :mamoru:] And I quickly changed his mind and somehow convinced my mom and dad to buy some good shit - and actually pay for it too

Not gonna be getting toooo crazy with it, but so far I have:

    - EliteFTS Power Rack (pretty much straight up, might add band attachments)
    - GHR/RH combo station - pretty solid looking machine from newyorkbbs
    - Pulldown/Low Row station
    - Bench of some kind - can't tell if I want to get an adjustable one
    - Oly DB handles
    - Good powerbar, either the 1500lb bar from newyorkbbs or a TX powerbar

for weights, there are a couple options.

    either

    A)
    A 300lb set and four 100lb plates

    or
    B)
A 300lb set and as many 45lb plates as I can find on craigslist, play-it-again, etc

Problem with 100lb plates is how much they cost / how much their shipping costs.

    Other shit:
    - Lots of plywood to mount the shit into
    - carpet / rubber matting
    - chalk stand
    - 4-5 Box Fans (Most garages in FL arent air conditioned)
    - maybe a window a/c unit
    - kick ass stereo
    - weight sled
    - lots of cool posters
    - come up with a hardass name and buy a huge banner

My mom already has a swiss ball and elliptical. My dad has a heavy bag and speed bag.

    Am I missing anything?

I'd buy a cheaper rack so that you'll have more money for other stuff

after watching GnP's vid, that just looks a bit lame for a reverse hyper

no offense of course, and I've never used one... just thought I'd throw it out there for discussion.

GNPs reverse hyper also costs over a grand.......

But the quality of it is so much better. We got a cheaper one at my gym and it sucks compared to the elite one.
