    i realised something today, eating isnt hard. If you eat throughout a day its fine. I guess i was just being a coward who just didnt eat.



    I didnt have breakfast but still managed to eat 2100 calories. I still need another 900 but if i eat breakfast and another snack ill be hitting my goal of 3k/daily

    still have to go hit the gym at 8 too. probably have another cup of milk and/or snack of choice.

    it appears that you had a couple of scoops of whey + milk, some rice, and a chicken wrap....yeah i think you're gonna need to do better than that.

    i hope you are a woman.
    If it was me, i would drop the juice, replace it with some better carbs (brown rice or oatmeal).
    Up the protein a bit, try to shoot for 180g of protein.
    How many meals did you split that over?

    Not that i compare, but this is my day so far, similar amount of calories, lean beef, fish, oatmeal.

    You are 120lbs and eating like a budgie.
    Unless you are a woman, I would try to double your current regiment.
    Stick to good proteins, lean meats, good quality carbs, good fats.

    im a man, not trying to come up with excuses but thats only from 11am today



    so more vegtables oatmeal and brown rice? and more chicken.


    i only eat chicken/turkey no beef/pork


    yeah i figure the shake and whey/milk is alot of calories that are just extra. need to eat more whole foods. i have a bad habit of waking up at 730 and then falling asleep again till 10.

    Try 3000kcal instead for 2 weeks

    If you gain weight, say on 3000kcal. If you don't gain weight, bump it to 3250, then 3500 etc etc etc until you are gaining at a pace you are happy with.

    Good thinking, but, I would go a bit longer than 2 weeks before judging any changes, generally 4 weeks is a good measure.
