critique my diet!

    Please critique my diet. Things to keep in mind: I am skinny fat, I weigh 155, and I am 5' 9''. I want to lose fat, gain muscle. My activities per week as follows: lift - 2hrs, Muay Thai - 4hrs, Brazilian jujitsus - 2hrs, Yoga - 2hrs, fighters training (polymetrics, medicine balls, climbing ropes, etc, etc) - 2 hrs. and here is my diet [​IMG] any critiques?

    Lose the fucking fighting shit. Eat more and by more I mean 4000 calories. 3500 if you wanna be reasonable. And man up because to gain weight youll gain fat, deal with it.

    :slap: the first thing on the list is 'lifts - 2hrs'. Last time I did: squats, deadlift, bench, inclined bench, tricep pulldown, concentrated bicep curls, hammer curls.

    start eating and lifting heavy if you want to gain any muscle, otherwise you will continue to be a 150lb skinny-fat wannabe fighter.

    I'm eating around 1400-1500 cals and I'm only a 5'2 female... definitely eat more.

    Dude, that shit is a train wreck man... while that is theoretically a decent low carb, what the fuck are you doing on a low carb anyways, if you are a skinny fat 150 ls kid?

    More over, how are you surviving with so many activities on so little carbs? And 1500 calories? You will not gain any muscle, i promise you that. I think i would die just sitting on a couch all day with that kinda calories, nevermind training.

    Last thing, what the fuck do you mean, "i need to learn"? Do you actually compete in MMA or is that your goal? If so, that would explain partially wtf is going on, but still your diet could be better. I seriously hope you don't think you "need to learn" because of some high school bullshit. You don't need to fight, bro, fights are easily avoided. (Unless you are black)

    Peanut butter is your friend. ~200 calories per 2tbsp with a lot of healthy fats and a good amount of protein.

    you trying to tell me you can put the perfect amount of cals into you that you always gain optimum muscle mass and no fat?

    you need to shut down and retool that diet plan and agenda.

    you have so many things going on and not enough nutrition, no wonder you're skinny fat. you need to seriously think about what your objective is, get your diet in order to support your objective and start reading on what you need to do.
