    My Diet:

10am: 2 egg whites, ketchup, on whole wheat toast
1pm: 2 chicken breasts, honey mustard, baked potato, steamed broccoli, diet coke (Ranch 1)
3pm: 2 scoops Chocolate ON Whey Protein with 1% Milk
7pm: 2 chicken breasts, half an avocado, barbeque sauce, brown rice, Gatorade
Pre Gym: 2 700mg PureCee capsules
Post Gym: 1 700mg PureCee capsule
11pm: 2 scoops Chocolate ON Whey Protein with 1% Milk
If hungry after 11pm.....Small serving of Fruit or peanut butter

I would say that I follow this diet pretty religiously 5 days out of the week...I don't really cheat but if I do...it's not too bad....have been doing this for about 6 weeks....haven't really lost any weight but I do notice the shape of my body changing...still cant see any abs.

I try to workout 4 days a week but only do 2 days of cardio....and not doing well with the cardio since I just quit smoking about 2 months ago...Im not overweight or underweight...just your average guy trying to get broly.

Substitute the baked potato for a sweet potato. Better for you.

iirc maine said 30g of carbs was enough for the average person.
adding some kind of carbs pwo would be a good idea.
