Started at 118 pounds. Bulked to 160. Quit for about 3 months, I'm down to 150 pounds and plan on starting back. This is my diet and I plan on following Christophers "building base" routine.

Also the 1 serving of serious mass listed is all 3 of the shakes throughout the day.

I went from 118-160 eating 5-6k calories. At 160 my gain in weight has always stopped. I never been able to break 160 eating 5-6k calories. So I am taking a jump and moving it to 8k calories.

do the serious mass shakes fill you up any more than a protein shake (assume same amount in each drink). Is it a thicker consistancy. It's impressive to see that one serving has like 700 cals

Serious mass is pretty crazy stuff.... the first day I ever bought it I had already missed one shake.. so I decided to put 2 scoops instead of 1. Which is recomended for a 224+ pound man. After drinking it with 2 scoops I puked about 10 min later.

But as long as you go with what it tells you on the bag its not bad at all. The first few times I drank it I felt quite sick.. but I've gotten over it now.
