critique my diet/workout

    Goal of my workout/diet is to lose weight and have some muscles to show for it:naughty:

    diet-7 days a week

    breakfast - eggs w/cheese
    lunch- tuna
    dinner- salad w/chicken

    workout- 5 days a week

    13 minute jog, usually run about 1.5 miles
    3x6 bench/squats
    3x6 bi's/tri's
    3x6 shrugs/hang cleans

    throw in a low cal snack between your meals, protein shake or something when you wake up.

    cheese is bad. cut out some of the yolk in your eggs if you're not already.

    ps. i'm fat so don't listen to me. :o

    Ya i eat a lot of beef jerky in between meals. Also, if i start taking in protein shakes, that will help me lose weight faster? i thought stuff was just to help build muscle :dunno:

    if you take it when you wake up it'll jump start your metabolism before your breakfast. :dunno:

    I dont have the time to take in 5 meals/day. The work out is possible tho

    what do you do for a living? just take smoke breaks but eat while you hold a lite cigarette so your boss thinks your a smoker...

    Work for sprint. I'll see what i can do about eating a bit more.

    Also any word on if protein shakes work to help you lose weight faster?

    eat a balanced diet and a protein shake is a convenient way to get some cals and protein in...

    also, many small meals throughout the day keeps you metabolism fired up as opposed to 2-3 big meals a day...

    you need to eat to lose weight

    how many calories would you estimate that you're taking in there? depending on the eggs and dressing, i'm gonna guess it's around 1200

    track calories, eat protein, exercise, win
