Critique my diet v. fitday

    I'm trying to expand my stomach or do something to allow myself to eat more through the day. I'd really like to be able to eat around 3500 calories everyday but I struggle to just get to 3000.

    What are some calorie dense foods thats are also healthy but not too filling?

    I'm taking Up Your Mass by MHP...Having a shake in the morning and then after my workout, it adds 1600 calories every day. Plenty of fiber and protein too. Adding one of those shakes a day would put you at around 3600.
