    - 156 g protien each day
    - i throw in an apple each day somewhere
    - 1 cheat day every two weeks

Going to start bulking on monday. Bought some animal stack and was told to use it 5 days on two days off. Also some sugary white carb powder for immediatly after workout (very cheap stuff). I was told not increase my carb intake which is around 20 to 40 carbs per day. Trying to stay lean while adding mass.

All feedback is app good or bad :wiggle:

Doesn't look like enough food to me.

WHat are the total calories? Enter it all up into www.fitday.com

That 20-40g carbs rule is crap too. Carbs are good while bulking.

    Also what is your height/weight?

I only want to put a couple of kilos on upperbody and bring my lower back/legs (which have been neglected ) up to the standard of the rest of my body

Go in the sticky by NoQuarter, take his diet and try it. Adjust meal portions according to the progress you make. Keep reading on dieting while doing this but do it.
