    since ur doing so much PB maybe u should look into trying out almond butter. Its suppose to be healthier but costs a little more.

    i don't really care for veggies in a bulking diet.. they fill me up and have no real nutritional value. i have a salad when I go to Fridays.

    multi-vitamin for me.

    take the potato out and put rice in it..preferably jasmine rice :naughty: add some bbq sauce + sriacha and it tastes boss.

    Up to you man, that's 300 calories over what I cut for my show on lol. Why not have 10 egg whites with breakfast instead of milk/whey?

    that would be dependant on your metabolism, daily activities, total calories spent, etc.. nobody can say for sure what amount of calories you can grow or lose weight on. but tryin 2800 sounds fine
