So I started keeping track of my calories Tuesday calories 2,828 fat 88g 27% carbs 319g 43% protein 220g 30% Wednesday calories 2,757 fat 75g 24% carbs 320g 45% protein 226 31% I starting eating a bit more this week, so those calories are slightly above what i have been eating, which has been keeping me around the same weight. I'm probably eating 200-300 calories more then I had been. My goal is to slowly gain lean mass, Im nice and cut right now and I want to keep it that way the best I can. Im 6'3" and 180lbs right now. Dont really know body fat, maybe around 10%? How does this split look for my goals?
