Typical food day. I usually have a shake in the morning, sandwich for lunch, hit the gym and have a shake after the workout, then either steak or chicken with some green vegetables on the side for dinner. snacks throughout the day were the apple/PB, avacado and chips. goals: slim down a lot. I am ~230 (havent weighed myself in a while), not sure as to BF but up there (20+) id like to get down to 190, but not by starving myself, but trying to lose some fat/gain some muscle. havent been looking at the scale at all, only the mirror. I am doing GuOD's 5x5 routine and taking 5g of creatine a day.
