Critique my daily diet - FitDay shot

    Typical food day. I usually have a shake in the morning, sandwich for lunch, hit the gym and have a shake after the workout, then either steak or chicken with some green vegetables on the side for dinner.

    snacks throughout the day were the apple/PB, avacado and chips.

    goals: slim down a lot. I am ~230 (havent weighed myself in a while), not sure as to BF but up there (20+)

    id like to get down to 190, but not by starving myself, but trying to lose some fat/gain some muscle. havent been looking at the scale at all, only the mirror.

    I am doing GuOD's 5x5 routine and taking 5g of creatine a day.

    fit day calculates it in calories, not grams.

    that's in grams, brainchild.
    look at ur first line. ON whey is 240 cals. 2/8/48 doesn't quite add up to 240 if that's in cals, does it?

    pie chart and actual amount of gram's does not compute


    or is that based on your daily?

    the pie chart is based off of % of protein/carb/fat calories in your daily intake.

    the list below that is the breakdown in grams ie ur macros

    i'm saying the percentages on the chart are in calories, not in grams. 41/27/32 corresponds to 842/559/669 calories, not 94/163/167 grams.
