Critique my Back workout

    Just curious as to what some of you think of my back workout. Things to maybe change? This is week 3 on my 5 day split. Added deadlifts tonight.

    thats a lot of shit. when you stepping on stage?

    are those DLs from the floor or are you doing them on the smith?

    tonight was 90 minutes.

    about ~75 minutes was back, I did some ab stuff too.

    I'm getting a pictar of the bar for you tomorrow blade :big grin:

    It's from the floor. It's Just a small bar, but works decent for the deads, and step ups on leg days.

    the bar is like... 5 feet long. lol. it works :big grin:

    it's the same length as the ez-curl bar lol. but fuckit, it works!

    I feel like I'm trying to convince myself now, haha.

    not on each side lol. you'll get 3 :big grin:.

    if you look in log, you'll see I've switched most of my lifts from machines to dumb bells and the cables now. the only things on the smith are squats (no other option) and the barbell shrugs.

    lies!!! clean it from the floor into an overhead squat. you can DL the weight and shrug it.

    I spose I could do that hmm. I use that bar for my over head presses as well.

    but I dunno, even though the weight is a lot easier to move in the smith, I'd rather be doing the heavier weight then using that little bar and struggling with 200 lbs. (not the squat part, I mean getting it up and over lol.)

    I guess when I can overhead press more I could do that. Otherwise I'll want a spotter, and for the most part it is just me in the gym.

    i know it's blurry. thanks for pointing that out. i was already done with my work out and on my way home. had to ride my bike back up there and take a photo with my cell!

    told you it was small :big grin:!
