    Hey OT.

I’ve been lurking around the forum for a while, reading what people have to say. Reading up and trying learn as much as I can before I open my mouth. :) I thought its time to post .

I’m just after some friendly advise on my new training routine. Any ideas or suggestions would be great.

    Tuesday – Shoulders/Abs

    Wednesday – Bi’s, Tri’s and forearms

    Thursday – Kickboxing

    Friday – Legs - Abs

    Saturday - Bi’s, Tri’s and forearms

    Sunday – Chest – Abs

    Thanks

Sorry, guess that might be helpful..
So far ive been sticking to around 4 sets/10reps. Is that a good idea for maximum gains?

    Shouders
    Barbell Shrug
    Standing Flyes
    Military Press
    Chinups
    Shoulder press

    Arms
    Barbell curls
    Chinups - close grip
    Dumbell Preacher curl
    Bench Dips
    Dumbell Kickbacks

    Legs
    Leg press
    Calf Press
    dumbell Lunges
    Iron Cross
    Leg Curls

    Chest
    Bench Press/incline BP
    Pec dec
    cable cross over
    Dumbell Flyes

    E.g. Leg Presses 4*10
    calf Raises 4*10
    Bicep curls 4*10

I try and vary the workout and add different exercises to vary it up.

Am i overtraining? Not enough reps? or Not enough sets?

    Thanks
