Creatine?

    Hey guys.

    I'm 16, 5'6 135lbs, and I recently picked up my workout game and hit the gym daily. A couple friends of mine told me about Creatine, and what it does etc. I'm a short, sort of skinny guy with a bit of muscle. I was wondering if Creatine would help me in any way, or should I use it later on?

    there's a 5'3'' PT at my gym that is pretty huge... he makes me feel tall at 5'5" :mamoru: :hs:

    I trained with someone today who is 5'5" 195 :eek3: And no, he was NOT a fatty

    So creatine it is...

    Which would be more beneficial; Powder or Pills? Doesnt matter?

    And yes, I'm short!
