Creatine v. loading

    I am starting creatine tonight, I have heard loading the first week will bring gains on faster. Is this accurate info and if so how much should I be taking post lifting. thanks guys:bigthumb:

    I don't really subscribe to the "loading phase" because the whole process is about keeping the blood loaded. You would never notice either way I'm sure, but you can do it.

    seriously, doubt it does anything, but no reason not to do it. Shits dirt cheap, lasts forever. Worst case scenario: no gains above and beyond what you'd otherwise get, and you're out a nickel. Best case scenario: it has a minimal effect and increases strength and endurance quicker. Middle case: placebo effect.

    i have not picked one to take yet. I have been drinking at least 3 gallons of water a day for 3 yrs now and usualy its more like 4.
