creatine usage

    I was wondering if there is a certain length of time someone can use creatine?

    I was looking at some this morning, and the first time I have ever saw it say that there is a loading/maintenance/washout phase.

    According to that I should quit taking it. (I have been taking it for about a month now.)

    How often do you guys use it?

    Don't listen to him he's just messing with your head.

    As far as creatine cycling goes, there are different schools of thought on that. I would stay away from loading up in the beginning, though. Just take 5 g before and after your workout with a piece of white bread and you'll be good to go.

    some say load some say dont, some say cycle some say fuck a camels ass. if you want to come off it for two weeks come off it, but get blood work to get hormone levels checked.

    any reason to take it post workout rather than pre workout?

    i dont think timing makes a big difference.

    some take pre some take post some take both

    i just dont fuck with any supps till pwo so its more convenient for me
