I've heard from a few places that if you don't drink your creatine monohydrate right away, it will turn to creatinine and be pissed out. Usually I mix creatine and Xtend before I go to the gym, and drink it over the next hour or so. Is it true that you have to drink it right away? My friend just mentioned it and I did find a few articles with a google search that mentioned it, but wanted to get your opinions. edit* saw on another site that it may only pertain to the serum-based creatine. Is that the only circumstance or is the water soluble powder at risk from turning into creatinine? Thanks in advance.
