(Creatine) San V12 vs. Optimum CGT

    These are the 2 creatine brands I am debating between. I haven't taken creatine regularly for approximately 2 years. What one of these should I order? Also, if there is another brand that is more preferable, please post that as well. Price is not really an issue.

    btw , i am 6'0" 192 lbs.

    There both different types of creatine. Ive tried the V12 turbo which is a TriCreatine Malete blend and it gave me the runs big time. The CGT is a Creatine Mono blend which is ok. Id try the the Creatine Ethyl Ester since its seems to be working well for those who dont respond to the Monohydrate and to the other F&N members. Personally I have tried it yet. Im using the ON Adenergy Stack which is ok.

    I took v12, i think its the stuff im thinkin of, and it give me huge pumps and i liked it alot, but CEE's pumps just feel better and you take alot less. the CEE pumps just feel more natural, but maybe its a placebo thing.
