I'd start by changing your thesis

ok i see what you guys mean, but I want to say how those under the age of 18 should not be allowed to buy creatine supplementation (powder, pills, etc)
unless one of you can suggest a better thesis on the "creatine" topic

There haven't been any long-term studies done on creatine users so the side-effects for long-term are unknown.

But that's NOT what I want to know right now. I need a thesis and 3 arguments. This is what I was thinking a couple of days ago, just not sure if it's good enough:

Creatine supplementation should stay legal because, when used correctly, creatine does not cause harm.

    But I didn't really like it^

Everything I try turns out too wordy or not controversial enough. This is a "persuasive" research paper.

the problem is that i already have all my notecards and all my sources. there is no way in hell i can change my topic now. It HAS to be creatine now, but it can be ANYTHING in that topic.

The reason I wanted to go the 18 and under route is because that is what seems to have the most controversy. Are those under 18 old enough to make the choice to use it? Have their bodies developed enough?

Stuff like that. I really need help on coming up with a thesis :/
