i just read filmboy's post on creatine.

it said it hinders performance eventually.

Doesthat mean u will see gains and eventually you will stop seeing gains as fast?

Or does it mean that u will see gains in 2-3 weeks but u wont see the same gains in a constant 2-3 weeks?

I got gains real quick in the beginning with it, but all of a sudden I stopped gaining weight and I stayed where I was, even though I was still taking it.

I've quit taking it. I've decided I'm going to start taking it when I need some quick psudo-gains for my psychological health.

    wow.

    buncha newbs hehe.

ive been on creatine for the past 6 months non stop and my weight has kept increasing, my strength has kept increasing, my muscle size has not stopped increasing.

its called training hard as fuck, eating harder, and sleeping......

creatine is amino acids found in steak yes? and if u eat steak often u suddenly think your strength is going to crash or plateau cuz of steak? thats fucking retarded.

edit: take the stupid fucking creatine and work harder

I thought you were supposed to cycle it? That's what I usually do, but I haven't had it in awhile.

it's all the same shit different smell. I've read that mono and CCE can help you have more water in your muscle cells and that helps somehow, but the biggest effect IMO is the temporary gains in anaerobic endurance (lol?) that helps you get a few more reps on exercises.

i was wrong. and since im big enough to admit it, yes you are supposed to cycle creatine.

Some people cycle creatine and others don't. There really is no right or wrong.

I gained 15lbs last summer on it but I could tell it was mostly water. Sure I saw great gains but it wasn't worth the amount of pissing involved.

Everyone's different in terms of adapting to it and changing the amount taken. The answer to your question is: creatine will eventually plateau your progression, so cycle it for best results.
