I have creatine monohydrate I think it's called. I was wondering if it was ok to mix with just water? My friend's dad said I have to mix it with grape juice for it to work. But i'm out of grape juice and all I have is water... So is it ok? I have been using creatine for about 2 weeks along with whey protein. When is the best time to take the creatine? I take it before and after I work out. Is that ok?
