Creatine question

    Been on it for 2 weeks, heard from a couple people that i should go 2 weeks on, 1 off - to help out my liver i guess.

    Opinions? Necessary?

    If I were you I'd cycle it like this, can't be too careful with creatine...it's pretty hardcore, make sure to get some GOOD PCT

    Weeks 1-4 500grams creatine per day
    Weeks 1-6 600 grams Nitrotech per day
    weeks 5-8 Nolvadex 100 grams per day

    remember it needs to be 5-6" below knee level while on creatine, otherwise you can keep it at knee level or higher

    creatine is not bad for you at all, and certainly not bad for your liver. you don't need to cycle it.

    You do not need to cycle creatine. With CEE "some" people choose to cycle it due to some reported cases of high creatinine levels and kidney pain, but for the most part if you are taking the correct amount you dont need to worry about it. As for monohydrate, there is also no need to cycle it.

    no need to cycle just be sure the stay hydrated. no need for loading mono either. 5g/day is all you need.

    5 to 7.5g of CEE per day for me. I take it right when I wake up, right after working out, and right before bed. on my off days I take it when I wake up and when I go to sleeps.

    I take 2 tsp CEE before and 2 tsp after i work out.
    2 tsp on off days.

    anyone still take mono? I just picked up a bottle and I'm not really sure of the dosage. So far I've been taking 5 grams before lifting and 5 grams after.

    alright cool.

    Yeah I didn't bother going for CEE because everoyne told me that mono is just as, if not more effective.
