This is directed more towards christophers because he made the statement, but any information is appreciated. Why should creatine not be spiked during the day? It was said that when using creatine, it should be (loaded?) to maintain high levels of creatine and cycle it. I have been taking 5g before workouts, thinking that after the workout the creatine would be depleted and there wouldn't be any excess left over, leaving my body reliant on itself for creatine production. Theres probably no need to worry about this but I'd like to know. Cliffs: Why load creatine instead of just taking it before workouts?
