Hey Im 5'10 160 pounds and work out on and off. The reason that Im on and off is because I usually work alot at a labour intensive job. Annyways I was just going to ask about something for awhile I was taking creatine before or after my workouts. Everything was good and I noticed a difference in my workout and my gains. After awhile though i noticed it seemed to make my heart pump harder when I was standing up? I stopped takingit after that because of palpitations I had. Anyone else notice nething similar?
