For putting on muscle size? I get roughly 230-240g of protein per 24 hours... Do i need further supplement?

Does creatine work? Its quite expensive, im not sure if id get enough benefit to justify the price on my new hobby. :hs:

http://tinyurl.com/39gmg6 < this is the protein supplement i would consider.

If it works, how well does it work? Do you notice the benefits, or does it simply let you recover quicker?

You don't seem to get that whey protein is just protein. It's just an easy and convenient way to get your protein consumption up.

Creatine is cheap, big ass tub of mono for next to nothing. whey is just a eazy fast way to get your protein intake up, if you're eating 200+ grams already the creatine would be the supplement to add imo

you can eat a pound of creatine a day and inject 4 grams of test a day and still not grow if your diet sucks

creatine is the cheapest supplement I buy... It only gets expensive if you are buying all the extra crap that goes with it. Pure mono is like $15 for a few months supply.

is there an ideal time to take creatine?
ie: before bed? post-workout? pre-workout? start of day?

Holy weird ass food names.

Paddle Pops, Vita Brits, Brekky Juice

Oh and if you are a male, that isn't even close to enough cals.
