Guess you guys missed the fagmo posting in the main forum about how there was cable/pully muscle/creatine muscle/freeweight muscle/etc.. and how he was all crazy broly at 6'4 ~170.

I know, I was pissed. I was ready to stay up just for the fun of that thread. Apparently plyometrics muscle>cable pully muscle>freeweight muscle>creatine muscle>steroid muscle or at least that is the gist of it.

oh, i forgot about isometrics. Apparently we all need to take up pilates.
My step-mother does pilates and all that wierd shit like yoga and mat/ball work. She claims that it's "such a great workout" because it's all about your breathing and working your "core".
I told her to use the fucking 10-day pass I gave her for my gym and I'll show her a workout.
