    With water huh?

    Should I waste my time with a loading phase?

    Will it rape my kidney?

    Should I have it right after my work out?

    i take 5g, once a day, usually before bed but that varies.

    I always found it easier just to scoop the powder right in my mouth, then take a drink of water. It all goes down really easy and you don't have to drink a sandy ass shake or whatever. I've heard hot water helps but never tried it.

    Just drink plenty of water and you'll be fine.

    Correct me if I'm wrong, but i believe the powder gets into the bloodstream at a much faster rate. The pills take longer, and are more of a convienience aide. I really don't see what takes so long or is so hard about slamming a glass of water with a sandy chalky taste. There's much worse out there.

    In regards to a loading phase, it's personal preference. Some people see results with the loading phase, some see results without the loading phase.
    I've cycled it for 6 weeks on, 4 weeks off. Taking 5g preworkout, 5g post workout, mixing it with grape juice.
    I haven't taken it in a few years because I stopped training, but when I was taking it, I saw results extremely quickly.

    probably because you aren't to a point where you need the benefits that creatine can provide. It would be foolish to write off one of the most popular and scientifically proven supplements just because you "can't tell a difference"
