Creatine Monohydrate questions....

    is there a best time to taking it during the day? pre work out? post?

    I hear different things but what is best for getting off this stuff? What should i consume, drink, ingest to avoid any damage? For how long?

    One more question, going on vacation for a week... will I get my balls broken at the airport if i bring a small amount of the powder onto the plane?? :noes:

    Dumb question to finish off; is it supposed to dissolve completely when diluting it? :hsugh:

    Most creatine have directions on the bottle and many a time they differ between brands and types of Creatine

    Some do 2.5g-5g pre and then 2.5g-5g post or some just take a tsp a day whenever.

    i usually take mine 30 min pre workout. but thats just me.

    i take 2.5gs with breakfast and the same dose pre and post workout. I've been doing this together with 2gs of beta alanine and so far it has been working great.

    i was taking pills 2 pills before 2 after of krealykine


    but when i was on mono i did a teaspoon 30min before.

    i did :hsugh: i wasn't able ti find answers i was looking for. :hs:

    what to do to ween your body off it?

    I realize there are instructions on how much of it to take but there is nothing about when or the proper process to ween off it at the end of the "cycle",

    Also, when mixing it with water you can see the crystals no matter how much you stir it so I wonder if that is okay?

    uhh ween off? cycle? what u been reading? You dont need to ween off or cycle and as long as ur ingesting it its fine

    The best time to take it is right after a workout, or within 30min-1hour after finishing a workout, based on the experiences of many people and some studys (if i remember correctly). However, you can also take it pre and after or just preworkout..whatever suits you. You don't need to load, i did that mistake 2 years ago and got bloated as shit and it didn't do shit either, just a waste of creatine. As for cycling? I have no idea, i didn't know you were even supposed to cycle this shit. It's not like its bad for your health....however, drink A LOT of water when taking it (you should anyways 1-2 gallons a day) cause it can do some damage to your kidneys or liver or something like that (again from what i can remember, but really this and protein are the safest bets out there in terms of supplements, and the most used combo)

    I take one scoop in the morning with my shake before breakfast and then one after working out with my PWO shake.
