I just started taking 5g of creatine monohydrate dissolved in water about 30-45 minutes before my work out on monday. When I take it I have to piss about every 20 minutes. Normally ill drink a lot of water at teh gym and still not go to the bath room a lot. But when I take creatine, Im going about 5 times. The last time i took the creatine was wednesday. I stoped taking becase i didnt want to get dehydrated from pissing so damn much. Should I stop taking the creatine all together, or am I taking it wrong. I have been taking 5g since i started every day and i drink plenty of water through out the day, i only piss a lot after i take the creatine.
