It's a naturally occuring phosphate found in the muscle tissues of humans and animals. So tell them everytime they eat a steak they are using steroids and then give them a blowjob because your friends are probably gay.

Oh high school. Unfortunately I have like 4 months left of that shit. People keep on comming up to me in the weightroom asking me what to take/what I take on a constant basis. Simple reply: "FOOD". One kid kept on following me and my workout partner around today in the weightroom and asking us how many sets we had left on every single excersise... After he asked me the 3rd time I just blew up at him and told him "Look you dont have to fucking do everything exactly the same as we do, while your waiting on using something, just go do something else instead so you dont just stand there watching us the whole fucking time." The kid got all pissed off and just left the weightroom. Its shit like that that makes me feel bad...

 this kid absolutely insists creatine is a "form" of steroids. I went to google and printed some random things saying it isnt and he insists it is. i asked him to define steroid and he said his "sister who was going to become a body builder" told him it is a steroid. He also says its a steroid because it makes you bigger. I guess fat is a steroid too :hsugh:

    :ugh:

Im a generally a nice person, and Im quite tolerant. But this shit just pushed me over the line, first of all I help this kid all the time and I did a lot to get him on track... If he wanted to workout along side, fine, he should have said it. Following someone around and bothering them during a workout and in the middle of sets is a different story. I think he had is comming for the way he was acting, and the way he responded to my comment was also :greddy:. Plus, its really frustrating when you do so much to help people and they either dont listen or just completely lack respect for you.

Out of curiosity, what are the sideaffects of creatine? The only one ive heard of is a dehydration problem in combination with anti depressants.

I highly doubt creatine is the only reason you really should be drinking plenty of water.

you should be drinking plenty of water regardless of using creatine...but if you use it you have to drink more because alot of the water you drink is getting sent to the muscle cells
