see. I just read that article and it says nothinga bout liver damage, it makes creatine look like a pretty awesome supplement. this is where the confusion lies for me. I keep hearing from some people yah dude take creatine, it'll help your lifts over all, and the other half of people are like NO fuck creatine, resulsts arent worth health risk

AHHH god damn I cant figure this out.

Ok, I've stated this before but here it comes again

Creatine is a powerful steroid, you need to be careful while on it. However, it will add about 25lbs of lean muscle to you in just a few months...I mean come on, haven't you seen these monsters like Jay Cutler and Ronnie Coleman who take N0XPLODE and CELLTECH. How do you think they got big? It was all the creatine plain and simple.

Here is how I recommend taking it:

Weeks 1-6: Cell tech-5grams per day
Weeks 1-8: Nitro Tech-8grams per day
Weeks 4-9: N0Xplode-2 scoop per workout
Weeks 7-12: Nolvadex-6 grams per day

And DO NOT leave out the Nolva, you're going to need powerful PCT after a cycle like that!

The above is a joke meant for the dumb fucks of the board. Thank you for making OT a better place.

Creatine is an amazing supplement. It's pretty much staple of any supplement regemin, it's a proven substance, there even have been real clinical studies to back it up. It's also safe, sorry to spoil the fun but if you didnt get that everyone was fucking with you yet then I'll pray for your soul, but I'm sure you got the point.

dont get me wrong though, it's not going to be a night and day difference. I believe the artical I saw showed an 8-12% average improvment of several things from muscle size, and recovery, and strength. It doesnt have much of an effect you can feel but it is working, and in the long run it's really worth using. It's no drug, but some stupid people might think you're hardcore if they saw a container of creatine in your pantry  People are idiots. :hs:
