I'm sorta interested in starting creatine. However I am severly concerned about bloat issues when the muscles store extra water and volumize.

Can anyone shine some insight on this. How bad is the bloating and in your certain case what areas?

Also someone shine the light detailing the advantages of CEE vs regular monohydrate?

Apparently bloat is minimal with CEE... With regular monohydrate the water weight nad bloat also comes off with work. Do eeet. Worth it.

I've been happy with mono. I've been using AST Micronized creatine which supposedly minimizes the typical negative aspects of monohydrate.

Ok, cool so CEE it is.

Also would you guys say CEE is apropriate on a cutting cycle to develop more lean body mass? Or would the gains just look too bulky and not defined? If so please elaborate a little.
