what do/would you do?
i like to have coffee pre, so i dk if its good to take creatine as well
Its supposed to be taken pre. You could have your coffee and start drinking the GM 15min before and maybe finish 15 min into your workout.
Caffeine and creatine don't play well.
Taking into account it is Berardi.
Yea and he even says this right in it but continues on anyways

Layne says... "Caffeine may (not proven) have some negative effects on the creatine transporter but I believe that if you are taking 5g of creatine per day that is going to be enough to override those effects and still saturate the muscle cell."
I love both my creatine and caffeine. Probably need my caffeine more though.
Been taking caffeine and creatine together as well.
ive just given up on creatine, maybe im just a non-responder
