Have a pretty good workout regiment. On a mass cycle now and eating like a beast and building strength. Figured its time to throw in a supplement pref. creatine.

Any suggestions for someone looking to gain size and strength? Also, to my understanding with creatine you tend to hold water weight is their any particular one where you can avoid tht?

    thanks guys

Yea, I had pretty bad side effects from creatine. I got some major gyno and acne from 3-4 grams a day. Might want to start out with just 1 or 2 and see.

FYI, I tested 3 months of creatine alone then another 3 months with creatine + 1g spirulina. Progression was way quicker supplementing the latter combination.

I've been trying to choke down my mono with arginine ethyl ester, but it tastes like fucking chemical poison. I'm forgetting the arginine for now, and looking for pill form.

And as a serious answer (though a million threads exist):

You will hold water with mono, but it can be shed in about a week if you're looking to lose it. Mono is also the only one with extensive studies done on it, proving it works. CEE apparently lets you avoid bloat, but doesn't necessarily work as well.

I don't notice any bloat from mono btw, I've been taking it for ~4 months now.

I started working out again in decemberish and saw good gains. Changed my routine to the one timber posted, started taking creatine on lifting days and in 1 month, I have noticed a significant more swollen look to my arms. In a good way. Up about 5 pounds, not sure how much that is food and how much creatine
