Creatine Ethyl Ester -- how much?

    I've been doing a lot of reading about CEE, and had one quick question that I can't seem to find an answer to.

    How much should I take? I've read varying opinoins from 1 gram pre workout and 1 gram post workout on workout days only. And i've also read 2.5 grams post workout only.

    Any ideas?

    it's really not that important when you take it. somewhere around 3g per day is fine. Split it up pre and post workout if you are so inclined.

    I've always taken creatine pre-workout. 2g CEE

    so take the CEE only on workout days then i assume

    no i'd take it every day, it's certainly cheap enough
