creatine + cutting?

  1. the water weight will be an issue but once you are off of the creatine that goes away. is it still a good idea to take creatine while im cutting and doing hiit?

    thbis would be my 2nd time taking creatine and i dont get much water weight from it. so far i have done v12 fuel injection and CM2

    Yeah it's fine. I'd recommend CEE so you can minimize the water retention.

    Not really... only thing i've ever seen is loading creatine, but then again i've never read a loading vs. non-loading study either. Its your call if you want to load, i'd rather be safe than sorry :dunno:

    No... im saying i'd rather get the optimum effect of a supplement rather than not.

    If you take wrestling or some other sport that requires you to cut weight.

    I took creatine while cutting weight though, I only had to cut like 5-6 lbs though and would take a small dosage (like 5g of monohydrate creatine) during the season. And I would take the creatine after weigh ins on the day of the tournament.
