So Tuesday night i worked out legs. Had a good workout and afterwards had my PWO shake. I forgot to bring my bcaa's mixed with creatine to the gym so i drank it about an hour or two after. Somewhere about an hour before bed maybe more. Even today im in PAIN. Its soreness with pain. Kind of like blood and semen. wait what? anyway ive been leg sore but im like jello when i walk. Could it be just a creatine cramp side effect? Should i just hydrate the fuck out of myself and work through it even though its a back day?
