What color should the water be after mixing in 5 grams of creatine?
The water remains a light cloudy color after stirring for a minute. Does this mean the creatine isn't dissolving properly?

I hate those pills. When I took CEE I had to swallow 8 of them and they were decent size so it would sometimes get lodged in my throat.

stirring it more isn't going to help. If you think it is causing you problems, try taking it during/before a meal as the bottle probably suggests
